This ensures that the housing stock available to BIPOC and high-barrier households remains accessible, affordable, and integrated into the broader community fabric, rather than being subject to market volatility."
Methodology: The SDISP & High-Intensity Support

This data-driven framework allows our team to provide high-intensity, mobile wrap-around care. We don't just place individuals in housing; we provide the foundational support—ranging from career wealth-building to restorative evaluation—necessary to ensure that residency is self-sustained and permanent."
